We're on the lookout for Business Analysts to join our competent IKEA FOOD team. As a key member of our team, you'll be analyzing business needs like there’s no tomorrow. You will dive into our business metrics, uncover insights, and share your findings with our decision-makers to influence both strategic and operational business decisions.
You'll also be juggling multiple assignments at once but are also able to focus on single tasks when needed. In addition to this, you will be part of a dynamic and fun-loving team who love a good challenge. In this role, you will have the opportunity to analyze business needs and identify digital product requirements, including application, data, integration, and processes.
Qualifications


To be successful in this role, we expect you can
Translate complex business needs into clear requirements and models.
Build trustful relationships with stakeholders and developers for effective collaboration.
Analyze and structure information simply and focus on key aspects.
Lead efforts to enhance user experience by simplifying complexities.
Actively listen, understand the big picture and details, and make strategic decisions for business development.
As a full-grown team player, you will work with the team in Sweden as well as in International environments.
