Business Analyst

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem to join a team of specialists supporting a variety of product teams. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver on a product backlog following agile methodologies.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
Contribute to a team-centric environment where innovative ideas shape the requirements and solutions.
Assess the impact of new requirements while adhering to Salesforce functionality and best practices.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Support in creating reports, presentations, and related documentation.


Qualifications Proven experience in a business analyst role with at least 5 years of total experience and 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
Strong communication skills with the ability to understand complex enterprise challenges and goals.
Experience gathering and documenting requirements from business stakeholders.
Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Commerce Cloud (B2B Commerce).
Proficiency in agile methodologies, including crafting User Stories with Acceptance Criteria to articulate business needs effectively.

Admission and ApplicationFull time, office hours. Our client wishes to start 2024-12-15 and the assignment is expected to run until 2026-12-31 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client.
