Job Description
We are looking for a Data Act Business Analyst to join a dynamic organization focused on quality, compliance, and enhancing data availability. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to data compliance initiatives in a global and complex environment.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with IT, legal, and business teams to investigate solutions for data sharing in accordance with the Data Act.
Lead pre-studies and initiatives to ensure data compliance within the organization’s products and services.
Conduct gap analyses and risk assessments related to data compliance.
Monitor and report on the progress of Data Act implementation projects.
Coordinate meetings with project teams and various stakeholders.
Build organizational awareness and competency in data compliance.
Structure and manage documentation to support compliance efforts.


Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a global automotive or product development organization.
Strong understanding of data compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with IT systems and vehicle data is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional technical pre-studies and initiatives.
Skilled in risk and stakeholder management across organizations and levels.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

SalaryAs agreed.
Admission and ApplicationFull time, office hours. Our client wishes to start 2024-12-16 and the assignment is expected to run until 2025-07-18 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client.
