Strategic with strong project managment skills
As a business analyst, you support Business Line Head with strategic decisions, help define and implement strategic plan and initiatives. Your exact role and responsibilities may change, so you are flexible to the needs of each team while keeping in mind the ultimate objective to align with the company's mission and success. 
You have a data driven approach / strong analytical skills: Provides analysis based on available data to create a decision basis and have the capability of structuring problems and slice problems in sub-problems and address them to reach the overarching goal.
Excellent communication skills will help you to bring together all stakeholders to find a solution.

Besides the above your role will include: 
Business understanding; Determining and understanding strategy parameters with the aim of optimizing processes throughout the organization.  
Integrating; Making the relevant links between various data, integrating and summarizing the data into a coherent whole, formulating alternatives, and transforming the information and alternatives into a valuable and correct conclusion. 

Furthermore we expect you to have;  
* The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
* Advanced technical skills
* Excellent documentation skills
* Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
* Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
* Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* A track record of following through on commitments
* Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

Your CV probably also includes: 
* Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
* Bachelors degree, preferably in Business ore with an Engineering/natural Science background (e.g. industrial engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, chemistry. 
* A minimum of 5 years experience as Business Analyst, Program manager ore Project manager would be desirable.
