Business analyst and maintenance manager for legal demands

Within the R&D department Product Description Development (YM) we work with developing processes, methods and system support to enable speed and modularisation in Scania’s product development process.​ We work with change management and develop tools and conditions for R&D to be able to create sustainable transport solutions more easily.

Within the group YMPL more specifically, we define IT solutions, methods and processes for R&D to apply with and ensure legal requirements.

The Role

Your role is to analyse the needs of Scania R&D in regards to legal requirements and translate this into an idea of how we in the best possible way can support this need with methods, processes and IT-solutions. Act as a business maintenance manager for our existing IT solutions and lead our improvement groups. You are a team player, both in supporting the legal team as well as supporting R&D and the rest of Scania within your area as a business analyst and maintenance manager.

Your profile


• You have experience working as a business IT analyst.
• You handle both Swedish and English very well in speech and writing.
• You are able to identify and analyse stakeholders needs.
• You can translate needs into requirements.
• You have the ability to coordinate, facilitate, lead meetings and improvement groups as well as being responsible for smaller projects and initiatives.
• You appreciate working in teams as well as working on your own and are able to prioritize your own work.
• You want to work cross functionally over R&D and other parts of Scania.
• You have experience or good understanding of change management and the ability to communicate and visualise the change needed.
• Pedagogical: Ability to simplify rather than deepen - visualise, educate and inform.
• Customer focus: Understanding the needs of Scania R&D.
• Preferably, you should have good domain knowledge within the area of legal demands.
