Business Analyst at accounts channels at SEB in Stockholm

Do you want to play a key role in the accounts channels within the Core Ledgers, solutions and platforms in an area that is vital to SEB? We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Account channels. You would be joining a self-sufficient development team to accompany on the journey of building our important platforms.
About the position
On daily basis, we work with data integration, consolidation, enrichment, storage and distribution for client applications and end users as well as the development of new solutions and system. We retain what we build and participate in the development of common cross-platform solutions together with colleagues in cross-functional agile teams.

Who are you?
You are experienced to be working in an agile environment and you are skilled in transforming business needs and regulatory requirements into detailed requirement specifications. Extra good if you have experience in working with API data layers. You will be working with both high and low level requirements, spread across four teams that have their own dedicated business analysts. You excel in analysing complex processes and can describe them into simplified terms so that both stakeholders and IT developers understand them. You have bachelor’s or master's degree in a related field, or equivalent education.
We would appreciate if you are analytical, committed and engaged. The most important thing is to create synergy within the teams so we expect you to be able to give and ask for feedback and help, enjoy sharing knowledge and explaining complex tasks. It’s also qualifying if you have experience from working with IT-development in projects or in daily work.
You are comfortable in a global and agile environment since the teams you collaborate with are located in several geographies. We believe that you have an academic degree in Finance, Business, IT or equivalent. To be successful you are a great team player and really good at communication and collaboration in an international environment – all communication in English of course. As a person you are structured, analytical and persistent. You are a good listener and taking initiative is natural for you.
