We are looking for a driven and well-organized Business Analyst to work with development and maintenance of our fraud system PRM.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Act as the point-of-contact towards a variety of internal units that we deliver system services to
- Work with various external 3rd parties who supply, support and use PRM services.
- Use your ability to translate business needs into formal requirements
- Perform Requirements gathering (at a detailed level)
- Contribute with knowledge/insights in the Feature creation process
- Ensure Feature requirements are defined and measurable
- Create user stories in JIRA
- Ensure Features are developed to match acceptance criterias
- Perform Acceptance testing and defect reporting
- Support Pre-production testing and defect reporting
- Lead Production verification
- Set and execute communication/launch plans
- Support Regression testing
- Update business rules
- Gain valuable business and technical knowledge by/whilst working within a highly competent and supportive PRM team
What is needed in this role:
- Strong ability to work independently
- High teamworking skills, yet ability to stay motivated while working remotely
- Ability and willingness to understand business users in order to translate their needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to work in cooperation with other units in Swedbank and understand their needs and work to create features that supports their use of the system.
- Knowledge of the Card or payment area or technical experience is appreciated, but not necessary.
- Good communication skills in English and either Lithuanian or Swedish.
- Ability to drive many separate initiatives in parallel and yet still deliver on time.
- Knowledge of working with SAFe, SWAP and SNAP would be valuable.
- Previous experience from driving projects and / or working as an independent business analyst is valuable.
