Business Analyst - Clearing Solutions
As our new Business Analyst Senior Specialist, you will be the acting interface between clients and the organization by translating business needs and processes into detailed functional requirements. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers, and fellow Business Analysts on our Clearing solutions.
The Business Analyst team is responsible for the requirement work across the system development lifecycle, we ensure that the characteristic of the functionality is mutually understood by customers and team members. Often, the BA serves as a daily point of contact for clients, to provide good guidance and achieve client success.

Role and Responsibilities
To ensure our systems are running efficiently and aligned, your main responsibilities are:
Producing, compiling, and reviewing requirements with a focus on the operational impact it will have
Lead and drive the implementations in release or business projects, and act as a liaison towards the development team
Providing senior support to operational teams and Business Units
Prioritizing, planning, and finding solutions for issues found in our production environment and applications
Build and maintain relationships, through day-to-day project communication with the other project and team members
You Will Bring
A degree in Computer Science, Business/Finance or other relevant fields
Documented experience in producing requirements
Experience working on technical solutions for financial products
Outgoing and dedicated attitude along with your sense of structure (and some creativeness)
A superb communicator who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
Proficient in Swedish and English both written and spoken
Excellent organizational skills and experience of working with Agile delivery methodology
