We, at Digital Engineering (DE), are on a mission to drive the digitalization journey for Group Trucks Technology. We work tight together with stakeholders across several Business Areas and Truck Divisions. Within our responsibilities, we are driving the development of tools and methods to improve the overall R&D efficiency and enable the digitalization of the company. We also deliver R&D unique infrastructure to support our product development and ensures that reporting is done according to set rules and standards to be compliant with legislations.

We are looking for a person who has experience from product development with good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry. DE Co-creation & Collaboration is a new group to expand on the needs to efficiently do engineering work with parties in a dynamic setting with partner coming and leaving, respecting Intellectual Property and legislation on sharing data.

Engineering project collaboration environment
Engineering product documentation and co-creation environment
We are now looking for a new Business Analyst Co-creation & Collaboration.

A can-do mind-set
A positive thinker and an open-minded non-verbal communicator and interpreter
Experience from working in agile methods such as SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe framework
M.Sc. in Engineering or Business economics (Mechanical Eng., Mechatronics Eng., Electrical Eng., Computer Science, IT, Business) or equivalent experience and knowledge
Broad knowledge in the way to develop products in GTT
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience from and knowledge of IT development in Process and IT projects
Main responsibilities
Drive initiatives and pre-study investigations to develop and improve the efficiency in the collaboration and co-creation areas
Formulate, describe, and capture business requirements
Perform root cause analyses and find potential solutions
Lead change management activities to ensure successful deployment and rollout of new IT solutions
Manage and update instructions
Support in SharePoint collaboration tool incl. platform development

You will report to the Group Manager for Co-creation & Collaboration and work closely together with senior leaders and technology experts throughout the entire GTT and Volvo Group.
