As a Business Analyst at Articulate you will in a year or two be one of the most attractive candidate on the market.

Tasks and responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for delivering a set of business solution design recommendations based on customers’ implementation requirements. You will work across the customer organizations as a subject matter expert on customer software functionality and implementations. This means acting as a trusted advisor to Articulates customers and partners as an industry and customer product expert.

Working as a BA includes delivering system configuration and documentation. You will act as application/training/support resource during implementation and post go-live. You identify and deliver quantifiable business value that is consistent with the customer’s objectives. In addition to that you will contribute to customer satisfaction by providing timely and functional solutions. You will also work alongside functional, industry, and technical specialists to assist with the implementation and integration of innovative solutions including methods, techniques, tools, change management, and training. Finally, you’re accountable for making sure product configuration aligns with the solution design recommendations.

As a BA report to the Senior Manager of Customer Success.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Bachelor’s degree in either computer science, information systems, data analytics, math, statistics, finance, economics, engineering or business administration
• Minimum of 1-year professional experience as an analyst, business analyst or equivalent
• Fluence in English, speech and writing

Merit:
• Knowledge in any Nordic country’s language
• Basic understanding of scripting languages
• Experience in pricing and/or revenue management

To succeed in the position as a BA you are comfortable communicating with customers regarding business strategy and technical information, verbally and in writing to various audiences. You have the ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization, externally and internally, in sales and implementation engagements. You also have a strong aptitude for analytical and business concepts as well as problem solving. Lastly, you are able to work both independently and with a team.
