Business Analyst Content Distribution

Marketing Communications is the group within Global marketing responsible for planning, creating, and delivering all marketing messages, creative assets & media strategies for use internally, by markets, and by dealers. The team Content Planning and Creation is a part of Marketing Communication within Global Marketing. Our responsibilities is to look after global campaigns, ownership communication, cross discipline communication alignment operational planning and global Marketing Resource Management.
As the Business Analyst for Content Distribution, you will ensure that Volvo Car Group has a stable distribution process supported by a strong marketing tool that will enable markets, agencies and other stakeholders to efficiently receive content support in order to meet communication needs. You will also lead the continuous dialogue with all stakeholders and suppliers in order to make sure that user insights, needs and improvements are fed into the platform. You will report to the Head of Content Planning and Creation.
Main responsibilities
* Lead the development of the "Content Store" (Volvo Cars' MRM system), to continuously improve markets', agencies' and other stakeholders' ability to efficiently receive content support, in order to meet communication needs
* Work closely with the Content Creation teams, Regions & markets in support of toolkit development, formats, structure etc.
* Constantly monitor the "Content Store", safeguarding the optimal operation of the platform
* Participate in and document discussions securing a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification
* Monitor and ensure that requirements are met, tested and implemented
* Secure continuous improvements on the tool, based on e.g. quarterly user surveys, reference group meetings, trainings and other stakeholder input
* Highlighting/identifying gaps in the existing application functionality, and review requirements with stakeholders
* Support the Content Store Manager in various strategic and operational discussions
Required qualifications
* Documented experience working in IT or Business role
* University degree within IT/Marketing/Finance or equivalent experience
* Experience in MRM area is an advantage
* International work experience is an advantage
* Fluent in English, both verbally and written
* Effective in communication (written, presentation & Oral)
