Business Analyst & Coordinator – Sustainable IT – Stockholm, Sweden
As a Business Analyst & Coordinator, you will become part of the IT Sustainability team within the IT function. The team is responsible for driving and supporting the digitization of sustainability work for Electrolux. This is done in close collaboration and interaction with the Group Sustainability Affairs team, the regional sustainability directors and other stakeholders who drive the Sustainably activities within the group. Examples of areas with a strong focus on sustainability are operation, transport, products, materials, circularity, etc. The team is also responsible for the sustainability agenda in IT and works with key IT stakeholders to drive improvements in the areas of data centers, HW, circularity and suppliers.
A typical day at work:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and analyze their requirements and find solutions/actions to support needs
• Support in coordinating projects and initiatives related to sustainability work for Electrolux company's sustainability agenda
• Drive or support activities within the IT function to drive the Sustainable IT agenda, follow up on progress, internal knowledge sharing of sustainability effects in IT
• Work with large amounts of data and do analysis based on business request. Much of the information is stored in SQL, Data Lake or presented in dashboards (Power BI and Qlik) and can be processed in Excel if necessary.
• Analyze and examine data and present your analysis in reports and explain to key stakeholders
• Assist in the delivery of solutions using Microsoft Business Intelligence (Power BI) tools,

The service requires:
• A university degree in any discipline, some experience in data analysis, data management and project management/coordination, preferably an engineering degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Environmental Engineering or similar
• Strong passion or education/work knowledge about sustainability
• Ability to coordinate projects and activities of a smaller size
• Knowledge of MS Office, Power BI and Microsoft SQL is a merit.
• Be able to produce detailed documentation and reports
• Fluent in English (Business English), other languages are welcome

• Learning experience within 14 months
• Gross salary of SEK 25,500 per month for the first 12 months. The 13th and 14th would be $28,500 gross salary per month.
