In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Become a member of a diverse, collaborative, skilled and high performed IT team where you will participate in building competence and relationships with your team colleagues and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Swedbank’s vision and strategic direction
- Together with a cross functional team, stakeholders, and other product owners, implement efficient sales and service case management solutions for our advisors and customers.
What is needed in this role:
- Fluent in Swedish and English is mandatory
- Experience in customer sales and service case management
- Excellent team player with great communication skills with a drive to collaborate cross borders and in virtual team; truly believe that success is something we build together
- Experience in analysing, documenting requirements, business needs and testing solutions; assuring the quality of the deliveries
- Experience in Agile Scrum or SAFe and ability to drive and contribute to the agile process
- Understanding in Software Development Life Cycle, with special focus on problem identification and conceptualization stage
- Understanding in Pega platform and CRM domain are valuable but not mandatory
- Knowledge in data analysis and able to contribute to fun brainstorming and product vision part
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field or equivalent
- Problem solver with a positive can-do attitude
