Business Analyst at costumer & commercial solutions
We are looking for a Business Analyst with excellent skills in understanding the business flow and provide necessary support to the team. You will deliver incremental value to our world-class products while providing requirements and functional flows with system specialists and write down the technical flows. The Business Analyst identify gaps, issues and creates appropriate requests with the right team to resolve. They Analyze various third party (such as Amadeus, CLM) product services to enable new business enhancements.

As a Business Analyst in SAS you will
As a tech lead you will be acting as a role model and will help perform impact analysis on dependent systems. A natural part of your daily work is to develop relationships with product teams, engineering, designers and key stakeholders. Another important part of the role is to ensure that best practices. In a fast-changing environment it is important that you are able to continuously prioritize and balance tech, business and external requirements. Daily you will also:
· To analyze the business requirements
· Identify areas of improvement in line with product team goals
· Prepare and document services mapping and knowledge base for the team
· Provide testing support and organize internal handovers
· Actively be involved in early assessment of any new feature and provide inputs for decision making
· To prioritize defects and support on root cause analysis.
· To discuss with technical architects to identify API endpoints, Services, Domain/Data model changes.
· To identify scenarios for Regression Testing.

Someone that understands the long-term impact of complex technical decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders and need strong communication skills paired with a passion for collaboration in order to establish great relationships across functions and departments.
Qualifications
· 7 years + experience in airline domain
· 7 years + experience in Altea Reservation, DCS, Altea webservices
· Working in Agile Teams (Scrum)
