Business Analyst - Customer Engagement Platform
In Lynk & Co the Customer Engagement Platform team is responsible to provide tools to Lynk & Co employees that enable us to deliver an efficient, personalized and contextualized end user experience.

What you'll do

- Partner with the Product Owner to identify opportunities and solutions for feature development on the Customer Engagement Platform

- Run Agile rituals, workshops, and refinement sessions to breakdown features into executable user stories

- Monitor and document implemented features, suggest improvements, and highlight risks

- Prepare functional specifications and develop solutions together with application experts

- New user training and product adoption Business analysis for new feature development

What you should have

- Start up and open mindset

- Proactive communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative environment

- Previous knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules or similar CRM tools

- Hands-on and willing to make things happen

- English is a MUST
