Business Analyst | Data & Analytics | Core Business Range

We are now establishing a Data & technology department in Core business Range, with the assignment to lead by holding together data & technology in the core business. All with the purpose to enable business movements. We are looking for setting the competence agenda based on business needs and towards upskilling and reskilling of competences in data & tech area to a new and exciting level.

For this we are looking for a Business Analyst, supporting the business to convert complex and large data sets into to actionable insights, delivering on transformational processes and digital initiatives in Data & Analytics Range.

As part of the Analytics team in the Data & Technology department, you will contribute to develop and deploy digital products, strengthening the common ways of working. You will work closely with teams across the Inter IKEA group and with our partners. You are passionate about the digital transformation and see process and solution development as a key to make life easier for the many people and make a clear footprint in line with the IKEA direction.

In this role you will:
Identify business needs and define/interpret business requirements
Document processes, procedures and advice on ways to be more efficient
Contribute to the development of business analytical approaches and business information tools, engaging in relevant networks and matrices
Collaborate and work closely with Digital Product Leaders and development teams
Lead and work closely together with peers across the totality of Inter IKEA to strengthen a common and uniform way to deliver digital products.
You will report to the Solution Team Manager in Data & Analytics, Data & Technology Core Business Range, delivering on the needs of Core Business Range with the totality of IKEA in mind.

Qualification

Experience in working with business analysis
A Strong business acumen and a strategic and commercial mind-set
The ability to build trusting relationships and long-term partnerships with stakeholders at all levels
Experience working with and understanding the needs of our users in the business
Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
