Fantastic, we are now looking for two Business Analysts within Data Enablement Technology for the areas below.
The tooling and services Data Enablement Technology provide should simplify life as data citizen and enable the democratisation of data. We do this by providing capabilities to combine all data across the Ingka ecosystem and beyond and to work with data at scale.
We provide the tools and technology that enable us to unlock and share IKEAs hidden data by building the best and the most user-friendly data discovery store in the world and support the Ingka Data Mesh, and also to handle our data in a responsible, accurate and ethical way
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for either of below areas:
Data Accessibility – focusing on making our data discoverable, accessible and usable in the cloud.
Data Discovery - focusing on data lineage, integration analytics and visualisation of integration lineage on our integration platforms.
To be successful in this role, we believe you have:
Good knowledge in handling of data analytics and using analytic tools
Good technology and architecture understanding of the area
Profound knowledge of how to conduct analysis, creating flows and building dashboard
Good knowledge of agile development practices and digital product development principles
Moderate knowledge in financial models and performance measures
Good knowledge of using industry standard toolsets
Ability to actively acquire new knowledge and skills, and champion new methods, digital systems and processes to improve performance
Good communication skills and the ability to drive change in organisation
Good understanding of usability and high focus on the user experience
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of driving the Digital Technology’s agenda by enabling products and services based on business needs within Ingka and Inter-IKEA Systems.
Among many tasks you will be:
Contribute with relevant data to the strategy, design, development and maintenance of the Products/Services in order to deliver based on consumer needs
Understanding of the complexity of IKEA business and the role of technology as an integrated part.
Collecting and communicating the requirements and stakeholder/consumer feedback connected to the services areas
Promote the roadmap and offering to increase the knowledge of the Services
Educate end users and communicate the service offerings within the organisation
Responsible for ensuring compliance with legislations, policies or other requirements in order to stay compliant
Translate business requirements into information models and dashboards to visualize Service/Product metrics such as usage, capacity, lifecycle, cost
Develop and adapt our analysis and reporting based on best practice and current objectives to drive efficiency and quality
Contribute to the area in outlining risks, costs, benefits, and capability models in order to strengthen the service offering
Develop and optimise both service area internal and consumer facing processes in order to drive value
Produce required design specifications in close cooperation with the architects and across functions to ensure that Product/Service teams work together and fulfil business needs
In this role you will report to Service Manager and it is located in Helsingborg or Malmö, Sweden.
