The Dealer Inventory Management Analyst team is a diverse team of innovative colleagues from 10 different nationalities across the globe mainly gathered close to the sea in Gothenburg. WHAT DO WE DO?

You will be part of our EMEA & APAC team securing an optimized steering of spare parts to our 4000 dealers around the globe through an automated inventory concept. You will have a broad role working with optimizing and visualizing our supply chain with the end goal of balancing end customer availability of spare parts at out dealerships with the total supply chain cost. In the scope of the DIM Analyst EMEA & APAC team we take care of the dealer spare part inventory for Volvo Penta, Volvo Trucks, Volvo Bus, Renault Trucks and Volvo Construction Equipment.
In parallel to our operational scope we are right now focused in two main projects. The first one is to move all current reporting and visualization into three major Power Bi applications for all stakeholders - including our 4000 dealers. The second project is the rolling out of PlanIT – a cloud native planning solution allowing agile micro service development to drive the continuous improvement of supply chain planning capabilities.

WHO ARE YOU?
A true team player with a curious and audacious mindset
Skilled in data analytics and able to tell a story based on data
A self-starter who welcomes problems
Capable of understanding a global, ever-changing supply chain
Comfortable to leave well-trodden paths and engage cross functionally
Able to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in 1 or more scripting languages (Python, R, Java, Apache Spark, etc.)
Knowledge of Agile methodology, Microsoft Azure, DevOPs, or software development
