Business Analyst / Demand Planner

POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary objective of the role is to move strategy to action within the analytics field in alignment with the Sr. Director & Director of Global Demand Planning. The 2 major elements are Ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision making & Strategic framing which involves developing ideas on how to outline presentations to facilitate business conversations.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES BUSINESS ANALYTICS:
Develop statistical models for predictive analytics as well as historical trending
Design actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and improvement potentials
Develop & deploy new process capabilities / reporting functionality for the organization (reporting tools, forecasting algorithms, etc..).
Support Ad Hoc requests for analytics / strategic framing from the Senior Director & Director. Pull appropriate data to support the request and frame the response which can be shared with Sr leadership.
If analysis proves to be valuable on-going, work to routinize / automate it.
Manage the weekly MRP process by monitoring the accuracy of the data (inputs and outputs) and making correction as needed.



ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES DEMAND PLANNER FOR HAI FRANCHISE:
Rationalize the demand & Supply plan for part of the HAI portfolio
Responsible for developing production/supply plans that consider forecasts, availability of material and manufacturing capacity.



Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in field with 5+ years of related work experience OR
Master’s degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience OR
Doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years of related work experience.
