What’s in it for you
As Global Online Experience grows, we are looking for a passionate Finance Payment Analyst/Business Analyst to join our Direct Consumer Payments team that works with the team to make sure we develop our processes and systems in the right direction with the right functionality for our new online business – Care by Volvo. Care by Volvo is Volvo Cars’s new direct to consumer business model, so you’ll be part of shaping the future of the company in one of our most prioritized areas. Of course, we have fun whilst doing it.
Your task is to work together with our Finance Operations & Contract Management Product Owners and operational teams to understand processes and operational challenges, to analyse issues and to define new and better ways to work. Many solutions will lead to digital development and you will then define requirements, support development, perform UAT and run training sessions to end users. In this role, you will be working with many stakeholders in various teams and markets in a rapidly changing environment.
What you’ll do
You will be working with creative thinking tasks and assisting in preparing strategic presentations. You will foster communication and collaboration between the product owners, architects, developers, and designers. In close collaboration with the Product Owner, you will ensure that knowledge is shared and that you can answer the development team’s questions. You will be the point of contact in dialogues with other product teams involved in the initiative. It will be your responsibility to understand drivers behind business requirements and to translate the analysis into detailed requirements such as: epics, features, stories, acceptance criteria, DoD, and DoR.
Moreover, you will prepare, facilitate and be a key participant in the agile ceremonies, for example PI planning and sprint planning. You will be supporting refinement of the product backlog and ensuring that the right information is available to the development team in the right level of detail at the right time. You will design new payment processes and drive process improvements. Lastly, you will support during development and UAT, work with delivery teams to refine processes and solve operational issues and coordinate content dependencies with other Product Owners.

Stockholm or Gothenburg.

Do you fit the profile?
To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:
• Knowledge and awareness of different online payment methods and payment service providers used in different markets
• Experience of building and operating online direct consumer payment solutions within a global multimarket environment (both front end and back end)
• Agile development methodologies in digital product teams
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and/or Sofico - would be a plus
• Fluency in English, both verbally and written
