Commercial Operations has the global responsibility for the strategies, operations and control of the Scania-owned sales and services companies and business units.
Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.

Sales and Order Tools is responsible to steer the development and implementation of the commercial sales and order applications. The applications supports the prospecting, sales and order processes
for new and used vehicles as well as for the related services.
Currently the team consist of 15 persons within Commercial Operations working with development demands, implementations and business support. We work in close cooperation with the technical teams at Scania IT in creating a state-of-the-art Sales and Order Application Portfolio. Our colleagues are located in Europe, Latin America and Asia.
Scania has ambitious growth targets in the years ahead. A wide range of activities will be needed to reach these targets, including improved order administration for the commercial organisation. Within this area, we are extending our team with a Business Analyst Dynamics AX/365 for Order to Delivery.
Job Description
The Business Analyst Business Analyst Dynamics AX/365 will be responsible for the functionality of the order module in Dynamics AX/365. You plan development and releases and turn these plans into reality together with your colleagues. You will lead projects within the area and, later on, run the global user group. The first challenges will be to set the blueprint for the order module in Dynamics AX/365 and run a pilot implementation.
Support for the order area of area with Dynamics AX/365 is in a start-up phase, so you will have the opportunity to influence and be creative together with the users. You will have a wide scope of contacts with key personnel throughout Scania’s commercial network and the head office in Södertälje. As the users of the sales and order applications are positioned all over the world, you will have frequent international contacts and the possibility to travel.
Your Profile
You are a driving and engaging person who have a great interest and the ability to work together with colleagues to fulfil the demands from our users. You take initiative, see possibilities and are patient in reaching the goals. You have the ability to plan, organize and prioritize. You are a strong individual who can anchor decisions and collaborate with other departments.
We believe that you have an university degree or corresponding knowledge. Experience of AX/365 is required. Knowledge of order processes or the automotive industry is a merit, but most important qualities are personality and mind set.
