Do you want to be a part of a transformation journey changing the digital landscape for the advisors?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Together with the Agile Product Owner work with requirements and relevant stakeholders
- Help Agile Product Owner to break down investment opportunities into MVP's and user stories in the backlog
- Anchor the backlog items with relevant stakeholders
- Describe acceptance criteria and make sure those are understandable to the rest of the team
- Help the team to deliver frequently shippable products, iteratively and incrementally, maximizing opportunities for feedback and value
- Plan and estimate the work together with the team
- Act as team player in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working
- Acceptance test developed features before release
What is needed in this role:
- Good understanding in Agile and Lean ways of working
- Be able to communicate effortlessly in English, both in writing and in speech
- Ability to drive data driven development. Is data oriented and can extract and analyse reports from analytics tools
- Can perform small scale user testing themselves
- Can facilitate workshops in bigger groups to gather requirements
- Can work under pressure and strict deadlines
- Can translate requirements to user stories for the development team to understand and work on it
- Acts as a bridge between stakeholders and development team
- Can manage and coordinate dependencies within and outside the team
- Preferably you have an academic degree in an appropriate discipline
