Business Analyst for a client in Helsingborg!

In this relevant role you will help our client replacing the Core Bank platform. The client’s project team is working with the Pre-Collection & Collection that they are designing and developing with their Core Banking provider. In this position you will be a crucial player in the implementation stage of the Core Bank platform and help build an application from scratch that will be used by a large user group in the bank.

It is important that you understand the business and its operations since Pre-Collection & Collection are complex processes. You will help the User Interface and User Experience Designer to create user stories to clarify the needs and a common understanding.

Job Assignments

• Cooperating with User Interface and User Experience Designer.
• Analyzing the current gaps of the client within Pre-Collection & Collection together with the business owner/responsible.
• Interpreting the gaps and documenting business needs into functional software requirements for the new core banking platform.
• Documenting business processes in relation to business requirements and needs.
• Reporting to the Project Manager of Pre-Collection & Collection.

Requirements

It is important that you fulfill the following requirements:
• You have experience from the financial sector (regulated activity under supervision).
• You should have experience using Jira/Confluence.
• Good level of English, both spoken and written.
• It is crucial that you have good communication skills when working with the client’s other internal teams and external vendors.
• You have previous experience stating requirements.

Location: Helsingborg (onsite, expected 3 days/week). Remote can also be an option if your profile is promising
