Business Analyst for Management Information and Reporting

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst for Management Information and Reporting to join the team as part of this effort.
About the job
The Transaction Monitoring unit is looking for a Business Analyst for Management Information (MI) and Reporting within Transaction Monitoring (TM), to lead the work to further develop and enhance SEB Group’s ways of working and processes within TM. The purpose of the role is to continuously ensure consolidated reporting and follow up on performance on TM KRI and KPI.
The role consists of managing the TM MI and Reporting, including, but not limited to:
· Responsible for consolidating and reporting on TM KRI and KPI across the SEB Group in a timely and accurate manner
· Follow up on performance on TM KRI and KPI and key trends across the TM value chain end-to-end
· Responsible for forecasting TM scenario alert volumes over time
· Responsible for driving data driven volumetric TM analysis
· Managing and ensuring robust MI for the TM Working Group
· Responsible for ad hoc analysis for performance measures
· Working with continuous evaluation of management reports and suggestions for improvements
· Working closely with the TM process manager and the scenario development teams, to ensure a continuous information loop
· Working closely with 2nd Line of Defense and being responsible for reoccurring and ad hoc reports to 2nd Line of Defense
· Responsible for ensuring a correct KRI/KPI logic and documentation and instructions regarding MI
· A natural speaking partner for TM MI for all of TM’s Stakeholders throughout the SEB Group


Who are we looking for?
The right candidate has a good understanding of the end-to-end TM process to be able to draw conclusions from the MI and work closely with other teams within the TM value chain to improve ways of working and processes. You possess a strong ability to overcome problems and challenges along the way and to adopt new ways of working to fit the vision.


To be successful in this role, we see that you have:
· Academic degree in Finance, Business, Law, Mathematics, Data Engineering, IT, or equivalent
· Experience of working with MI and reporting is a plus, but not mandatory, however a data-driven mind set is required
· A logical, structured and well-organized mind set with the ability to work with large volumes of data and present it in an easily understandable format
· Good understanding of the TM processes and ways of working is a plus
· Analytical skills to ensure a data driven approach to reporting and to identify trends, improvements to key performance indicators and for troubleshooting
· Strong track record of collaboration skills
· Fluency in English (knowledge of Swedish is a plus but not mandatory)
