Our client needs a Business Analyst with a focus on strategy and processes to assist with HR Master Data and Core Processes/SucessFactors Employee Central.
The purpose of this role is to support the team by developing system support for essential HR processes. While working closely with stakeholders in HR and Digital, the team’s contributions will extend to projects throughout the organization. Your daily responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, discussing solutions, and coordinating initiatives within and beyond the area.
To excel in this role, you should be comfortable navigating the system and be capable of independently analyzing requirements and testing solutions.
Requirements
• An essential requirement for this job is a strong understanding and practical experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central. It would be highly advantageous if you have certification in Employee Central, but having extensive experience as a super user or similar could also be considered
• Proficiency and experience in creating information models and mapping entire processes, including user journeys and user experience
• Previous involvement in projects or within a product-oriented environment, where you successfully implemented and improved digital solutions by converting business requirements into process and configuration solutions
• The capability to apply business analysis methodologies within an agile framework, and to effectively write epics, features, and stories
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Previous experience from other SuccessFactors modules
• Experience in managing or coordinating projects
• Experience in the field of Human Resources business domain
• Holding relevant certifications in business analysis such as BABOK, Six Sigma or SAP EC is meritorious
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
