Business Analyst for SWIC in BI Analytics Guild

Are you passionate about Business Intelligence, visualization, building report and analytics?

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the BI Analytics Guild and enhance the Business intelligence capabilities within Swedbank.

You are the ideal candidate if you have experience in leading a project/initiative to completion, business analysis and enjoy working with requirement gathering and analysis.

At Swedbank you’ll have the opportunity to work with Swedbank Information Catalogue (SWIC). This is a platform with powerful search and browsing capabilities that collects and connects available information about data in applications in one single place. SWIC enables Swedbank employees to easily find and understand data for their analysis, reporting and analytical needs, while ensuring better control and compliance.

What is needed in this role?
To work as a business analyst with Company Master Data and Organization Unit Structures solutions on SWIC platform, you will need a combination of technical skills, analytical skills, and business knowledge. Here are key requirements that are expected for this position:

- Relevant academic degree or a great reason not to have one and/or several years of experience within relevant area of work

- Hands on data & data flows experience and/or several years of experience within process flowchart design

- Energy and ambition to lead the work instead of executing; take on responsibility for delivery

- Feel comfortable about working with large amount of information, details, dependencies and shifting priorities

- Ability to hold the “helicopter view” and build the risk and impact awareness

- User experience, info designing and other relevant competences

- Proven track record of delivered projects/implementations

- Interest and knowledge in banking products and services

- Good stakeholder management, presentation, documentation skills towards business and technical team
