Assignment Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst who can be expertise to accelerate the use of data, digital and analytics in healthcare
What you will work on:
Provide expert business analysis by actively shaping and participating in business critical data projects.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology solutions that align with business objectives.
Work directly with business stakeholders and data/technology teams to develop data-driven solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.
Develop high-impact business cases for emerging needs and propose solutions through thorough research.
Select and apply appropriate analysis approaches for different projects.
Plan and manage activities, including those of team members, to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
Ensure the quality of analytical work delivered by yourself and others.
Identify stakeholders, build relationships, and understand their needs and levels of influence.
Create requirements management plans, including elicitation, approvals, risk assessment, scope impacts, testing, and validation.
Adapt to changing business priorities, proactively planning and accounting for potential changes and corrective actions.
Lead collaboration with the business to identify functional and technical requirements and translate them into design specifications.
Partner with the Platform, Architecture, and Engineering teams to ensure technical solutions align with business benefits.
What you bring:
Demonstrate strong engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including effective presentation and influencing abilities.
Successfully apply business analysis tools and techniques to drive business change.
Utilize Agile methodology, capturing requirements as user stories and utilizing tools like JIRA.
Work with complex integrated systems, leveraging creative and strategic thinking to achieve exceptional results.
Navigate a regulated environment (GxP) and demonstrate experience in virtual collaboration and managing third-party suppliers/vendors.
Desirable: Experience in data-related projects supporting pharma clinical trial planning, execution, and analysis.
Work effectively in a global organization and across cultural boundaries.
Possess formal certification in business analysis practice.
Familiarity with User-Centered Design and Design Thinking, including User Experience, Prototyping, User Interface Design, and Business Process Design.
Possess a Technical or Business degree.
Proficiency in Swedish is merited.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
