Business Analyst- Group Business Control

?Take a lead in quantitative analysis ?Proactively contribute to reporting and financial analysis on Group level and within the sectors ?Proactively identify cross-sector trends and issues and provide suggestions to maximize Sector profitability ?Support the Head of Business Control by delivering various presentation materials and analysis that are used in Group Management meetings, AB Electrolus Board meetings and Sector Board meetings ?Develop and implement reporting and analytical models to help the Group achieve and/or monitor various strategic and financial goals ?Continuously assess Group and Sector financial and business plan performance ?Participate in various ad-hoc projects relating to the current Group priorities

Competencies needed


?Excellence in MS Office, MS Excel in particular
?An academic degree in Finance or Finance/Engineering
?1-3 years working experience in related areas
?A flexible team-player who adapts to the varying tasks and requirements
?Fluent English, both written and spoken Your skills will include: ? High level of business understanding and strong business interest
? Ability to drive change in a network structure ? Self motivated with proven ability to lead and drive projects
? Analytical and strategic thinking, problem solving attitude and ability to present analytical conclusions
