Business Analyst - Helsingborg

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced in software development and have relevant experience of the financial sector, consumer loans and/or credit decision.

What you'll do:
● Be part of the whole process, from identifying a need to writing and refining requirements for the solution.
● Work closely with representatives from the business side to write and refine requirements.
● Ensure that the requirements are synchronized with other initiatives/projects to which our solution has dependencies.
● Support refinement of the ART/product backlog and ensure that the right information is available for the teams/vendors.
● Collect and document the remaining requirements based on the needs of the business and support responsible for compiling requirements in Success Factor workbooks together with other project resources.
Who you are:
● Have previous experience from the financial sector, consumer loans and/or credit decision.
● Have good experience or good understanding of change management and the ability to communicate and visualise the change needed.
● Experience in identifying, translating, and securing detailed business requirements into IT deliverables including implementation and maintenance.
● Appreciate working in teams as well as working on your own and can prioritize your own work.
● Excellent communication, people, and stakeholder management skills.
