Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced in automotive product development and industries with an emphasis on hardware product development and manufacturing.

What you'll do:
● Interpret the gaps and document business needs into functional software requirements for the new core banking platform.
● Documentation of business processes in accordance with business needs and requirements.
● Manage requirements by documenting, prioritizing, establishing traceability and keeping track of and analysing the impact of changes.
● Ensures adherence to architecture standards and information standards, guidelines, and principles.
● Collaborate with team, business, subject matter experts to research business and technology domains appropriate to business and IT (Information Technology) solution definition.
Who you are:
● Experience with automotive product development and industries with an emphasis on hardware product development and manufacturing.
● Experience from working in agile teams, preferable SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and have good knowledge about Automotive development processes.
● Have proven project management skills and an energetic approach as well as the ability to structure work and change management in a pedagogical way.
● Proven track record of taking the lead in driving features all the way from analysis to solutions that really work in the business.
● Excellent communication, people, and stakeholder management skills.
