What we offer
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will work cross-functionally between People Experience/PX (Human Resources/HR) and Digital - bridging between our business needs and processes, and the digital people solutions.
You will be part of the Local Capabilities Sweden product team, creating innovative, future focused solutions in the areas of Time & Pay, and Compensation & Benefits. Specifically, we are shifting our Time Management tools globally, and you will also work with other related processes and tools.
What you’ll do
You will translate our strategies into tactics, to achieve the desired future business state. Key tasks will be to enable concept- and pre-studies, including problem and opportunity analysis.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders in the organization to gather requirements, and to gain business insights. You will also facilitate workshops with stakeholders for business modelling, needs analysis and backlog creation.
The role includes visualizing and breaking down business needs, including impact mapping and dependency analysis, to meet PI and sprint goals.
And this is your profile
You have extensive Business Analyst experience, having worked with transformation in complex environments.
Furthermore, we see that you have:
Human Resources domain knowledge
The ability to apply business analysis in an agile context, and write epics, features, and stories in an effective format
Analytical skills and ability to conceptualize and visualize gathered information in a structured and pedagogic way. Critical thinking, problem solving and ability to manage complex situations
You are fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
On a personal level
You are a true collaborator, with facilitation and delegation skills to ensure involvement and engagement from stakeholders and team members to create ownership and achieve results. With effective communication and proficient ability in solving conflicts you develop trust among stakeholders.
