Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced in implementing and improving Learning Management Systems and other digital learning solutions on a larger scale in global contexts.

What you'll do:
● Analyse and document current business obstacles within the domain of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
● Create and develop future concepts to respond to the identified business requirements and best practices.
● On a strategic, tactical, and operational level develop and roll-out data quality tools, data catalogue and automated stewardship solutions.
● Work with teams and stakeholders inside and outside the cluster to make collaboration, coordination, and communication a smooth experience for everyone involved.
● Bring clarity to sometimes scattered inputs from different business and digital organisations. Summarizing and presenting the big picture to managers and colleagues.
● Perform and digital surveys including analysing, sorting and documenting the survey results (e.g., in Microsoft Forms, Excel).
Who you are:
● Have extensive experience from implementing and improving Learning Management Systems and other digital learning solutions on a larger scale in global contexts.
● Good knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Integration teams and integration tests involving a different systems and applications.
● Experience from designing and establishing data governance organizations including data stewardship and ownership.
● Proven track record of taking the lead in driving features all the way from analysis to solutions that really work in the business.
● Excellent communication, people, and stakeholder management skills.
