Business Analyst, Plan and Balance Sales & Supply, Business Solutions Range & Supply

Solution Area Plan and Balance Sales and Supply (PBSS) is looking for a Business Analyst for the platform "Supply Chain Guru". Why don't you come and show us how you'd do it!

The assignment
You are responsible to secure that the platform fulfill business requirements by providing support, quality assurance and recommendation.

You will manage expectations among all stakeholders by leading the communication and securing the understanding of business requirements.

You will support in identifying the need for new or changed working methods connected to the new platform.

The right candidate
Supply Chain Guru will be the future optimization and simulation platform for IKEA, covering tactical and strategic supply chain planning.

This platform will in the future support even more decision making processes within Network Optimization and Simulation which will give you several opportunities to contribute and develop a wide range of supply chain questions and processes with IKEA.

Have strong analytical skills
Have the capability and motivation for indirect leadership; leading people in projects, tasks and through change
Are driven and structured
Have a good understanding of the IKEA supply chain and experience from working with tools and processes within the supply chain
Have the ability to facilitate, plan and manage workshops in a constructive and sometimes challenging way, to determine the relevant business needs
Have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and you easily build rapport and trust with people

Solution Area PBSS is a part of Business Solutions Range & Supply at IKEA of Sweden. The role of Business Solutions Range & Supply is to:
Deliver competence to support and develop business solutions
Have an end to end accountability for solutions, enhancements and projects
Manage one agreed and steered business solutions agenda in Range & Supply

With business solutions we mean the tools we use to run and develop our business supported by information technology.

Business Solutions Range & Supply consists of approximately 230 co-workers based in different legal units globally all across Range & Supply. We have our main hubs in Älmhult, Helsingborg and Malmö (IKEA of Sweden AB), Dortmund (Distribution Services GmbH), Pratteln (IKEA Supply AG) and Warsaw (IKEA Purchasing Services Poland).
