We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our teams within the Reporting & Visual Analysis Guild and enhance the Business intelligence capabilities within Swedbank. Our team is growing and continuously improving our way of working and our reporting platforms. We are team players and strive to deliver as a team.
What is needed in this role:
- Relevant academic degree and/or experience within relevant area of work
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to cooperate with stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Perform requirement gathering and support the team in requirements analysis
- Ability to evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Do end to end IT solutions which includes building and maintaining reports on our BI reporting platforms
- Experience in deploying advanced reports and visualisations
- Experience in schema architecture, SQL query creation, ETL, data integration, dimensional modelling, and service management in BI platforms is beneficial
- Experience and understanding of creating a well build report
- Genuine interest to learn new skills and help others to succeed
- Good communication, presentation, collaboration skills. To be a self-motivated team player with can-do attitude
- Fluency in written and verbal English and Swedish
- Excellent documentation skills
