Work description

We are looking for a Business Analyst for our client in Malmö within the automotive industry. The position demands a flexibility between project-based tasks as well as ad-hoc activities. You are working in an agile environment because of the "on demand"- business set up.

You will be working in the team of business development and online sales with four business analysts and project lead. You will mainly work towards Swedish and Danish market, which demands Scandinavian language as well as English. You will be a part of this client's digital business transformation.

Key responsibilities as Business Analyst:

* Owner of process Method
* Demand delivery process
* Process management
* Agile method
* Facilitate Demands
* Process Mapping (in ARIS)
* Documentation



We are looking for

For this role we are looking for a person with experience as a Business Analyst and has a solid base in Agile project management. It is a big plus if you experience from Automotive or Financial Services industry.

Further requirements

* 2-5 years of work experience as Business Analyst or equal role
* Experience from the demand delivery process
* Experience in Agile project management
* Ability to convey a clear message
* Experience of financial/banking services
* Experience of the automotive industry
* English & Scandinavian language
