Are you passionate about enabling faster and more accurate management decisions and driving meaningful change to the Large Corporates & Institutions business (LC&I)? We would like to talk to you about an opportunity to join the LC&I Master Data Management Team in our journey to digitally transform Swedbank by setting the data foundation on which new business opportunities can grow.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be part of an agile team primarily working with Master Data Management (MDM), development, testing and maintenance of existing and new use cases, particularly on regulatory reporting (EMIR Refit, EMIR and MiFir)
- Ensure stable and high-quality deliveries as well as continuous stability of the systems and services managed by the team and contribution to change and incident management
- Work with and be part of the exciting journey to scale up our Master data management (MDM) platform which is a very high-profile initiative that aims to enable better quality data in our regulatory reporting and to break complex legacy system silos
- Help to develop new functionalities that will support business initiatives and enable Trading, Customer Onboarding, Reporting and other data driven processes
- Contribute to the team goals and strategy with regards to our development and maintenance undertakings
- Belong to a fun, diverse and knowledgeable international team of specialists in an expanding area offering unique opportunities for growth and learning
- Get trainings on how to develop within EDM (Enterprise Data Management), a key tool for master data management and regulatory reporting
What is needed in this role:
- Team player, independent thinker with a structured working approach, self-driven person with a curious mind, eager to learn
- Have or can build a good internal network, good project management skill
- Interested in data and the story behind it, passionate about driving data quality improvement and building data driven solutions
- Have or can build a good understanding of system integration and data lineage
- Collect and communicate requirements from different stakeholders
- Able to capture and understand business needs and convert it into IT solution development requirement
- Plan and estimate the work together with the team
- Close collaboration and planning with other agile teams and the vendor
- Contributing and continuously improving agile ways of working
- Knowledge of financial products (equity products/FX/Fixed income and credits) is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage
