Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Data Analyst consultant to join our client's Online Experience Data Insights team.
The data analyst will work closely with the B2B Fleet cluster to improve their processes and results by utilising relevant data sets, defining the appropriate KPIs, and providing actionable insights.



Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Knowledge of Google Analytics or a similar tool is required.
Previous experience with data visualisation tools such as Google Data Studio or Tableau
Previous experience in a similar digital insights role, focusing on app/web product analysis
Knowledge of defining analytics measurement requirements (e.g. analytics structure, taxonomy and implementation)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data are required to develop simple conclusions and hypotheses.
Strong oral, written, and presentational communication skills
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Capability to work with a diverse group of engineers, product managers, UX designers and researchers, subject matter experts, and other cross-functional team members in a large matrixed organisation.




Other:
It is advantageous to have the following knowledge & experience:
Familiarity with A/B and multivariate test planning, execution, and analysis
BigQuery expertise (SQL)
Understanding of statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python)
Basic understanding of web/app psychology and/or UX
Experience with digital survey tools and survey design in the eCommerce and/or automotive industries, as well as agile product development teams
