Are you passionate about information quality and usability?
We are in search for a Business Analyst - Information Quality who wants to develop and contribute to our function and future.
You will be part of the Information Quality team, belonging to the Development & Service Operations Packaging Material organization.
We are offering an interesting position giving a good view and understanding of the packaging and additional material value chain. We interact with many organisations in many countries.
The position is based in Lund.
Main responsibilities
-Maintain and improve information quality for the specification system for ?Base Material
-Packaging Material
-Additional Material
-Converting Process
-Converting Equipment
-Improve content governance and document control
-Improve usability of both information and tools
Qualifications
We believe that you have strong personal drive for quality and usability. Making correct information available via tools with high usability.
As you will be working with many people, both creators and users of information, you will need high levels of communication, collaboration, engagement and listening skills. You are structured, well-organised and have the capability to visualise and communicate in a clear way. You like administration and to follow up agreed tasks. You are capable of using informal authority to motivate people and to influence at all levels in the organisation. You are self driven and proactive.
We believe that you have at least a bachelor degree within the area of computer science, information management, engineering or similar in combination with at least a few years of experience.
We assume you have good IT knowledge of web, computers and Microsoft Office. Experience from working with document management or knowledge of databases or web technology is an advantage.
Excellent command of English, both written and oral is required.
