In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Identify automation opportunities by assessing and translating business needs into process improvements and automation features
- Identify and analyse AS-IS processes and agree on TO-BE processes by understanding requirements and change possibilities
- Lead process improvement efforts during the automation lifecycle, i.e. assessment, analysis, design, risk mitigation, test and deployment
- Be a spoke person for automation within the business area, i.e. increase organisational knowledge, guide and support stakeholders understanding their automation possibilities.
- Be recognized as the go to person in the team when it comes to automation
- Use agile way of working to prioritize work and secure fast and qualitative deliveries
- Work in an international team
- Improve best practices and shape your own working environment

What is needed in this role:
- You have several years of experience in process modelling and continuous improvement
- You have a customer-centric mindset, you are social, good at asking questions but also structured, systematic and detailed-oriented, but always think about the boarder picture
- As a person you have a willingness to learn new things and are open-minded and pro-active.
- Previous experience from financial institute and usage of agile methodologies is an advantage.
- You have strong communication skills and is used to facilitate discussions on different levels ranging from developers to business managers
- Knowledge about lean or Six Sigma methods is an advantage
- Experience in automation solutions such as Blue Prism and/or UiPath is an advantage
- You are an experienced user of Outlook, Word and Excel
- You are a team player and have great collaboration skills
