Responsibilities
In the role of Business Analyst within IT operations, you are expected to develop business partnerships and leverage Information Technology to provide technology solutions in the factory that enable, sustain, and extend the Operations strategy. You will report to and work closely together with, the Global IT/IS organization as well as with the Local IT and Operations organization.
Responsibilities include:

Driving IS/IT innovation for global plants applications: Designing, proposing, and implementing information systems relative to the activities of the factory, closely aligning with other functional IS/IT teams.

Being accountable for successful projects delivery, providing support, and supporting business improvements for all applications in scope.
*
Proposing and promoting a strategy to rationalize the existing platforms.
*
Act as the local business point of contact for Global IS/IT
*
Participating in IS/IT compliance activities, ensuring compliance with serialization regulation, GxP, and validation processes
*
Authoring and maintaining global plant applications IT quality documents
*
Leading relationships with internal and external partners
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you probably have around 3-5 years of work experience within an IT organization or with software engineering, solid experience working within a manufacturing environment, and a personal interest in IS/IT. You have experience in working with project management or supervision and it is meriting if you have been working in a GxP environment or at a Life Science company.
You thrive in a role where you are expected to be the point of contact between Local and Global functions. It is natural for you to provide support and service to the business, while also leading strategic initiatives within IS/IT. We expect you to be organized and have the ability to prioritize projects with sharp timelines.
