What you’ll do
We are looking for a Business Analyst Lead Capture in our Assisted Shopping Product cluster. The product teams in this cluster are obsessed to provide prospects and customers with a world class assisted shopping experience for our online car and car ownership offers.
You will contribute to the development of cutting edge on- and off-site lead capturing tools that facilitate a direct communication with consumers by validating business requirements and objectives for new products and product features and assuring compliance of the development outcomes with the defined business goals. By breaking down business cases into business problems in consultation with key stakeholders you will find solutions together with the product team during the product discovery phase. You will conduct, analyze, and evaluate market and consumer trends to identify opportunities and convert your insights into future product developments. By developing and continuously improving business processes and procedures you will ensure that product solutions meet strategic goals.
You and your skills
You have an integrated understanding of e-commerce, have a feeling for customer & user needs and are thereby able to provide business direction to the product teams. You are also known for your excellent analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers enabling you to perform complex strategic analysis with limited guidance. We also believe that you have an entrepreneurial mindset that is motivated by commercial success.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analytics role or similar in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the automotive industry
• Ideally process mapping experience in collaboration tools such as Blueworks or similar
• Experiences from Software development, Salesforce or CRM tools or digital solution design will be appreciated
• Successfully completed degree in business administration, project management or comparable qualification
• You are an analytical thinker, a decision-maker and a problem-solver experienced in documentation and visualization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required with the ability to interface with product teams, as well as cross-regional and cross-functional internal/external stakeholders
Location
Preferably HQ Gothenburg or Stockholm
