Business Analyst Level 4 - ( Göteborg )/Remote

Senior Business Analyst - We are searching for an excellent team player to take on the following duties.


• Assisting the company owner with the implementation of the Kompass 2.0 project.


• Gathering and documenting the requirements


• Providing critical expertise and experience to assist the roll-out


• Serving as the internal connector between 8T and VCC


• Test requirements as soon as they are supplied by the development team


• Conduct market calls to gather market business particular wants and requirements.


• Work with support and maintenance to achieve high market and retailer satisfaction.


• Motivate and collaborate with other product teams both inside and outside the company.

• Dynamic personality with a lot of drive, proficient in written and spoken English


• Demonstrated expertise and effectiveness in agile project management in the areas of digital and consumer-facing goods and services (CRM)


• Excellent presentation and communication abilities, as well as a strong sense of organisation and process-driven thinking


• Demonstrated senior experience and accomplishments Business analysts operate in the digital space.


• Process mapping experience with a variety of tools (i.e., Flowcharter)


• Previous experience developing functional and design specifications


• Extensive expertise managing product backlogs in Jira
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable university
