WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Business Analyst, you will join us on our LIMS implementation journey. You will work close to various stakeholders in the organization, to understand the current business situation, identify their future needs and translate those to into technical terms towards LIMS supplier. The mission is to create solutions and improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen business processes for our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
As Business Analyst LIMS you will (among other things):
- Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate system strategies.
- Elicitate facts, identify problem areas, and advocate for the needs to various stakeholders.
- Have a detailed understanding of end-to-end flows within LIMS domain/module (including customizing options to keep within LIMS standards as well master data requirements).
- Work close to Business Process Manager (BPM), Digital Product Owner (DPO) and Digital Team Leader(DTL) to understand business requirements.
- Translate understanding of the business process improvement needs into IT solution requirements to create effective and innovative business solutions
- Keep a holistic perspective and understand how the initiative is affected by other initiatives. To reach full potential of change initiatives you will anchor the change by effectively communicating the purpose and goals.
- Help implement new solutions and make sure that promises are converted into tangible outcomes and solutions in Oatly's organization.
- You will ensure that a long-term perspective is maintained and plan for the future in line with Oatly strategy and goals.

You will be a part of our Digital Development Team at our Business Technology Department and report to VP Digital Development. You will work close to Digital Product Owner, Product Team, Digital Team Leader, Enterprise Architects and different Business stakeholders. This position is based at our Malmö HQ and will include trips to our Landskrona site and other sites (estimated around 20% of the time).
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful in this role we believe that you have:
- Bachelor degree within the engineering field
- 3+ years experience from working with IT systems. It would be reeeeally great if you have experience from LIMS. But please let us know if you have experience from other related systems, such as ERP, R&D, Product development or automation systems
- Experience from working agile and product centric
- Experience from working in a fast-moving everchanging environment
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
It's a plus if you have:
- Experience from manufacturing industry
- Fluency in Swedish
