Description

The client is looking for a Business Analyst for the Manufacturing Systems Team. You will define and maintain the data models and concepts. In order to facilitate an environment where the new developers can quickly be introduced to concepts, and less time is spent on discussing how things actually work, a person is needed to define, document and maintain the complex data models and concepts of the applications.

You will work together with senior developers, architects and business experts.

Work tasks:

- Work in an agile team.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to understand business processes and map them against IT capabilities
- Requirement breakdown potentially all the way to user-stories
- Document as-is features, business objects and data model and map it against future to-be state
- Analytical and Structured
- Create and maintain documentation.


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Business Analyst or Requirement Specialist
- Process oriented with attention to detail
- Structured with excellent organization skills
- Passion for understanding and documenting complex IT solutions and their dependencies
- Ability to work within a team
- Self-driven as in some cases you will need to work independently
- Proven documentation and versioning skills in suitable tools
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English both verbally and in written.
