Warranty Operations
This position as Business Analyst Manager is in the Warranty Operations and we support stakeholders from retailers to supplier recovery with warranty analyses. We have a huge data base with warranty information coming from claims as well as data from other data bases. Today we are using Power-BI, QFU-BI, Excel and Weibull ++ to create the analyses. Tomorrow we will also use Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence and fault codes data.
What you’ll do
In this position as Business Analyst Manager you will, with the help of our data intelligence tools, work with developing, producing and maintaining analyses to highlight deviations as well as possibilities within the business. You will show trends and patterns in analyses and get to work with machine learning.
You will also get to work with goodwill, and warranty measurements and investigations.
Who you are
You are an experienced business analyst with a strong business acumen. High problem-solving skills is important, and you always strive to find new creative ways of doing things. You have a good knowledge and understanding of what the customers and stakeholders need as analyses, tools and reports. You have the ability of explain complex business context in a simple manner.
It is important that you feel comfortable working with tools like Power BI, MS Excel, Google Analytics and Data Bases (MySQL, BigQuery, etc). You have a good knowledge of business intelligence tools and supporting data driven environments.
You have experience in working with big data tools as well as be skilled in capturing business needs. You have a passion for digging in statistic and creating meaningful outcome to focus on. A global mindset as well as collaboration and communication skills are essential in this role. A strong team player that is able to work cross-functionally.
