The mission of Supply planning Unit is to enable Region and Business units to maximise the value of availability, lead-time, cost and inventory in a sustainable way. We do this by leading the development, implementation and follow up of supply planning strategies, processes and technology.
Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst Manager to work within the Supply Planning unit. As a Business Analyst Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Business Analysts. You will together with your team play a critical part in shaping our business analytics strategy and leveraging data to drive business growth and customer value. You are a collaborative leader and have excellent communication skills as you will be collaborating with various teams and stakeholders. In the role you will be responsible to identify and lead strategic areas of business analysis, proactively through analysis identify business opportunities and develop and maintain a strong toolbox with tools enabling business in operational and strategical work. You will also be connected to Digital Avaliability and Sourcing field in Supply Planning where you have a specific Business Analyst responsibility so this role combines leadership of Business Analyst and on hand responsibilities for that field.
We also see that you have great experience when it comes to:
Strategic Analysis and Planning: Drive customer and business analysis through various data sources. You can identify commercial opportunities and suggest way forward by leveraging data and models. You analyze data using the latest business intelligence techniques.
Project and Product Management: Manage project delivery, planning, and steering for effective outcomes aligned with business objectives. You implement tools (e.g., Power BI or web-analysis dashboards) for data extraction and visualization.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Advocate for data-driven decision-making through tests, quantitative analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders. Understanding of using numerical, statistical and analytical methods to apply to data processing. You can make data driven decisions and have a strong analytical mindset.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role we believe you have:
• University degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar knowledge from experience.
• Several years of experience within Supply Planning & Inventory Management from E-Com and/or store supply chain. Preferably you have experience from Sourcing and Order Orchestration management. We also believe that you have basic understanding of logistics strategies, operations and networks.
• Proven leadership experience, with experience from leading in change.
• Project management and senior expertise that combines the "what" and the "how”.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear insights and take data-driven decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Additional Information
This is a 1-year temporary contract starting as soon as possible, based in Stockholm and you will report to Peter Ståhl, Head of Demand & Supply Planning and Inventory Management.
