We are looking for a HR IT Business Analyst within HR Masterdata and Core Processes. To be eligible for this assignment you need to have a solid knowledge and experience from SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Requirements
• You should have skills and experience in information models and end-to-end process mapping (including User Journeys/UX)
• Experience working in projects or a Product Context with implementation and improvements of Digital Solutions where you have translated business needs to process and configuration solutions
• You have great facilitation skills
• Expert knowledge of the domain of Human Resources
• Experience and certificates from e.g., BABOK, Six Sigma, collaborative agile practices (such as impact and story mapping) and ability to apply the tools in your daily work
• Competence to apply business analysis in an agile context and write epics, features, and stories in a successful format
