As a BA, you will play a crucial role in detailing and anchoring the backlog items across the product development
You will participate and/or lead the work of gathering requirements from business stakeholders so it’s crucial that you excel in stakeholder management
Together with the Agile Product Owner, you work on breaking down product backlogs into user stories
Besides working with requirements, you will also perform quality and acceptance testing
In this role, you act as a team player in the cross-functional team with a high delivery focus

What is needed in this role:
A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details and a customer value-driven mindset
A good sense for architecture and journey design, to successfully contribute to requirement and design discussions
You need to excel in stakeholder management and have great communications and coordination skills – both within the team and with other teams
As a person you take initiative and you’re always one step ahead of the game
You’re English is flawless, both verbally and in writing
Previous background in conducting and working with Customer due diligence is a plus
PEGA BA certificate is a plus
Previous experience in PEGA Client Lifecycle Mgmt, and the willingness to learn more, is a plus
Finally, you should have the relevant university degree
