Job Description
The Zettle Point of Sales analytics team is a part of PayPal Global SMB analytics area and our mission is to help Zettle make better decisions based on data. We own end-to-end analytics in the area, from supporting Zettle GTM in new markets to supporting the data integration to PayPal and developing new analytics processes. We work close with the business and partnering up with department leads to drive data-driven decision-making. We also empower other Zettlers to use data in their work by training them, making data accessible through our BI tools and articulating and communicating actionable insights based on data.
Make sense of big data for small businesses.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to our Point of Sales Analytics team to own and manage the Business performance KPIs and Success Metrics in collaboration with Commercial leads and our SMB strategy team. As Business Analyst – Point of Sales Analytics you will:
Collaborate with Commercial leads within our SMB Business to own the performance KPIs and success metrics.
Provide weekly, monthly insights, strategic analysis, and opportunities for the team to act on and inform business leads
Work with engineering and data platform to build datasets, align KPIs with PayPal, draft data requirements for GTM.
Partner with Commercial leads and improve adoption of our internal BI-tools to scale our data self-service capabilities.
Understand user behavior in our offline payments flow
Work cross-functionally to create and communicate key insights, influence key decisions and offer recommendations to leadership

You have 1+ years of experience within business analytics in a fast-paced and data-driven environment. You have a passion for using data to drive key growth, product, and business decisions and attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results-oriented output. You are a team player who’s able to partner with cross-functional leadership to quickly turn insights into actions.
Ability to manipulate large data sets with high dimensionality and complexity; proficient in SQL, fluency in at least one scripting language
Understand the fundamentals of statistical application, applying concepts like correlation vs causation, normal distribution, probability, and hypothesis testing
Experience with Product Analytics Tools, Customer Data Platforms and Business Intelligence Tools such as Amplitude, Looker
Work with design to match Quantitative and Qualitative data in the team
