We are looking for a strong and experienced Business Analyst (Product Owner) who within our HR Technology & Analytics team can be main responsible for Performance Management,Talent Management and secondary responsible for Talent Acquisition.

The HR Technology & Analytics team is organized in a Business Bridge team with 4 Business Analysts and in a delivery team, the Tools CoE responsible for Tier 2 support, for maintaining the implemented tools and for implementing new functionality. The main tools are Workday and Docebo (LMS).
The main working location of the job is in Lund, Sweden. There is flexibility in regards to combining with working from home.
Our main mission is to further evolve our HRIS solutions to support our continuous journey of transforming human capital management, leveraging automation and process improvement. The Business Analysts are partnering with our strategic centers of excellence within HR holding the process ownerships within Workforce Administration, Compensation, Talent Management, Performance Management and Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.

Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst you will translate business needs into functional requirements. You will align business goals with system capabilities, analyze Workday releases and analyze change requests. You will collect and document requirements. You will also:
Design and document process and tool solutions.
Prepare test plans, do configuration and build reports in collaboration with Tools CoE.
Design training and answer complex queries escalated from Tier 2 support.
Qualifications
To succeed you have:
3+ years of experience working as a business analyst/product owner.
Experience of working with Workday, able to do configuration, analytics and set up of the functionality.
Understanding of functional HR processes, and an interest within Performance Management and Talent Management as well as Talent Acquisition.
Fluent in English
Good to have:
IT background
Experience with cloud HRIS solutions
Knowledge of and interest in trends within this area
Be able to speak and write in Swedish or willing to learn
Experience of working within HR and having driven own processes
